S&C Monthly Coaching

Monthly coaching subscription with our S&C Specialist, Jenna-Caer Seefried. It includes a 30 minutes initial consultation and a monthly S&C conditioning plan that works in conjunction with your triathlon training.
Jenna will review your current training plan and add a S&C routine that is custom-made for you and is based on your training load, periodization, and time availability.
This service can be used in conjunction with your current Triathlon Coaching Monthly Subscription.

45 to 60 minutes Strength & Conditioning consultation with our S&C Specialist, Jenna-Caer Seefried. During this time, you will discuss:
How S&C benefits training and racing.
Run down on your current strength training program (or lack thereof).
How a potential program would fit in around your current swim, bike, and running sessions.
Periodization for your races.
Form Queues.
What movements and muscle groups to focus on.
