Rodrigo is a knowledgeable Sports Science expert and a competitive triathlete from Brazil. A few years ago, he decided to move to San Diego - CA, the birthplace of triathlon, where he could mix his love for triathlon with the perfect environment to train better and raise his family. He started racing triathlons at a very young age and for the last 25 years has done +200 races, including 13x Ironman (1x Kona) and 33x 70.3 Ironman (with 3x 70.3 World Championship).
Coaching is an art, and the results are only possible when coach and athlete are in perfect tune, that is why Rodrigo will target your necessities and get closer assessments throughout the process with constant communication, balancing personal life and work with your preferred sport.
