"As a relatively new triathlete, I can confidently say that Coach Eric has been instrumental in my journey towards achieving my athletic goals and navigating the sport. His expertise, dedication, and personalized approach have truly transformed my training experience.
One of the most remarkable aspects of Coach Eric's coaching style is his ability to tailor training plans around my personal and busy work schedule. Balancing the demands of a triathlon training regimen with a busy life can be challenging, but Coach Eric's meticulous planning and flexibility have made it seamless. He takes the time to understand my commitments and constraints, and then crafts a comprehensive training program that maximizes efficiency without sacrificing effectiveness. Thanks to his strategic scheduling, I've been able to consistently progress towards my goals while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Beyond just scheduling, Coach Eric's guidance on proper form has been invaluable. Triathlon is a demanding sport that requires proficiency in swimming, cycling, and running, each with its own technical nuances. Coach Eric's keen eye for detail and patient instruction have helped me refine my technique, preventing injuries and enhancing my performance. Whether it's perfecting my swim stroke, optimizing my cycling posture, or honing my running stride, Coach Eric provides expert feedback that has significantly enhanced my efficiency and speed across all disciplines.
Moreover, Coach Eric doesn't just focus on training; he understands the critical role that nutrition plays in optimizing athletic performance. His comprehensive approach includes tailored dietary guidance that complements my training regimen, ensuring that I fuel my body effectively to meet the demands of triathlon training and be prepared on race day.
In summary, Coach Eric Lauricella is more than just a coach; he's a mentor, strategist, and motivator rolled into one. His ability to customize training plans, provide expert guidance on form, and offer nutritional support has been instrumental in my development as a triathlete. With Coach Eric in my corner, I feel confident that I have the support and guidance needed to reach new podium heights."

"I'm Nick Hook, a 29-year-old living in San Francisco, and I've recently dived headfirst into the world of triathlon. After wrapping up my collegiate swimming career at SMU, my fitness routine mainly revolved around strength training with occasional cardio sessions. However, I recently felt the urge for a change. Wanting to challenge myself and try something new, I decided to give triathlon a shot. Transitioning from a background in sprinting to the world of endurance sports has been both challenging and eye-opening (it took me this long to fully grasp heart rate zones), but seeing the results of the hard work has been incredibly rewarding. With Coach Eric's guidance and mentorship, I'm gearing up for my first-ever Olympic distance triathlon this May, and I couldn't be more excited to see what I can do!"

"I met Eric at an Olympic distance race early into my training, and he offered me the opportunity to crush my friends and have a lot of fun in the process. He built from scratch workouts that kept me engaged and working. He also pushed me pass my comfort zone each day. He listened to feedback and helped me to prevent burnout and injury while maximizing gains. By the end of our training period I was comfortable, confident, and ready for my race.
During race day, we worked out a plan for what I needed to do, what I would experience, and how to keep the whole thing fun. Hiring Eric as a coach was the best decision I made going into that race. I wouldn't consider completing another endurance race without his help."
